With an extensive career portfolio that spans 30 years and traverses seven countries, Massimiliano Milleri has carved a stellar name and reputation for himself in the international fields of culinary arts and hotel management. Max, as everyone calls him started his culinary career in the small city of Trieste in Italy. His past career path reads like a round the world trip. From Italy to Germany to Singapore, Dubai and Moscow, Russia. Next stops included, Japan, Serbia, Seychelles, Maldives, China and Tokyo Japan.
As a chef, Max prides himself on being an innovator. In many of Max's previous assignments he was part of the pre-opening team, hiring his team, training them the first steps on their culinary journey and helping many young chefs in the developing regions to start their own culinary career. His broad knowledge of world cuisine is wrapped in an equal deep knowledge of the various cultures and ethnicities he had the pleasure working with.
For Max cooking is like building airplanes, there are no shortcuts, every dish has to be right the first time. His uncompromising drive for quality and passion for food does keep the heat in the kitchen and many chefs that have trained under his wings in the past are today executive chefs and culinary leaders themselves.
While one of his dreams come true, opening a countryside cozy restaurant of his own for now, a progressive key management position in a dynamic multinational corporation is enough to inspire his continued commitment to culinary excellence and fuel his dfrive to lead his team to succes.
